white screen

hi i have a problem with my vaio (k215b) i i turn it on the screen becomes white and even if i restart it still becomes white pls can any1 help me and what can be the problem?...........:smileysad:

Sounds like the connection between the motherboard and the LCD is damaged.

The only thing you can do is contact VAIO-Link for a pickup
