Why Onli 47 Go free for a 60 Go HD bought !!!

Hi,
I've just received my Vaio VGN S3VP and normally I should have 60 Go of hard drive, and i find only 47 Go...
I've created my restor DVD, but it still the same...
How can I have my 60 Go (or 57)

You need to do an advanced recovery to get back the extra GBs

The recovery partition should be about 7+G and by the way 60G doesnt really means 60G, it might be 55-57G actual

Put your DVD in
Restart the VAIO
Press F2
Check that the optical drive is the first in the boot sequence menu
Save changes
Follow the on-screen instructions.

I've had the same problem since I first started up my VAIO, so mtheres no point doing recovey. My drive C has 27.9GB, and D has 39.5. My FS115S is supposed to have 80GB. Do the math.
