Z1 XSP mouse button wear!

Is it just me? ... I've had my Z1 XSP for a a couple of months now, and general impression is that its brilliant, but (!) ...

the silver/metal coating on the left hand mouse button has already worn through to the white plastic. Do I have excessively acidic fingers!

Anyone else have the same problem?

Cheers,

I've become used to using the tap on the pad function so haven't got worn out buttons. The problem that I've got is that I use virtual scroll a lot and all of the coating on the right hand side of the casing next to the pad has worn off :slight_frown:

Rob,

You will find that you can use a screen protector for a PDA (ipaq etc) on the touch pad. These are clear and are designe to stop the PDA screen from being damaged by dust etc..

The touch pad will work fine, and trhe paintwork will not suffer.

That's a good idea. It's too late for my GRX :slight_frown: but I think I'll try it with the GRT
