Sony HD-SG5 android compatibility

Hi i'm planning to buy Sony HD-SG5 500gb HDD and i want to know if it will be possible to use it with my Android Sasmsung tablet sm-p605, i have used other HDD's with it but they need to be FAT formated

Hi there

 

Im assuming you connect the HDD to the MicroUSB port?  According to the GSMArena website HERE, this is also a USB host port.  If as you say it works with other HDDs then it will probably work too.  However i cannot 100% say it will work, simply because i dont have your tablet or this hdd to test.
