I forgott my Logscreen Password (Model) and i would like to reset it.
I have installed the tool xperia companion on a windows 10 x64.
I hold the volume up and connect the tablet with the pc. On the tablet the LED is blue. Display is off! The Sony xperia Companion cant find the Tablet. what am I doing wrong? Pleas help. thanks.
