Hello, my tablet's performance had been deteriorating rapidly this past 2 weeks for no reason. This sickness started out as display error issues, poor display, sluggish memory performance, then motherboard hardware failur, and finally, now, the unit will no longer power on, no matter what troubleshooting is done.
The reason that I am posting here is that I would like a Sony Expert and Sony Mobile upper level manager to message me simply because your online technical support representatives continue to argue with me - telling me it is not "hardware failure" - even though I emailed them full screenshots proving that my unit failed the majority of major hardware system tests. See attached screenshots to this post as further proof.
Furthermore, this unit has always had one issue or the other and now I am very sick of Sony trying to get out having to replace this unit under manufacturer, Sony Mobile warranty. It is clearly evident that the unit has failed system wide, and it is reasonable to say that for this reason, I do want the unit replaced with a brand new unit, NOT REPAIRED. Nevertheless, I still find your support reps. very non supportive - giving me script read problem solving methods that absolutely do not fix a thing.
And lastly, because of the way I have been treated, I want to know if anyone has the Sony Mobile Division Manager's name/email/contact information because this type of customer treatment, to me, does warranty an executive level complaint. I have been a 30 year, high paying, Sony customer and I do find this behavior very, very offensive.
So would a Sony Mobile expert and upper level Sony Mobile manager please respond today sometime as your support has drug out this matter almost 3 weeks now.
Have a nice weekend,
Erik
unfortunately , you wont be able to see "upper level managers" this a support forum
firstly, when you got your device repaired at a sony service center, did you checked the device for all functions? did they issue a report?
secondly, the only thing this forum can help you is to suggest a software repair using Xperia Companion, and thats about it.
as you have mentioned hardware failure, it would be best seen by a sony service center,. if you don't trust the agents there, you can try a trusted third party repair shop ( warranty will be void)
