setelah saya update smartphone ke OS Android 8.0 Oreo malah fitur ganti warna led saya hilang & juga suara notifikasi saat baterai penuh saat charging 

after I update the smartphone to OS Android 8.0 Oreo instead of my color change feature is lost & also sound notification when the battery is full when charging

Settings ->  apps and notifications  -> configure notifications and turn on Blink light. 

If it still does not work, yes it won't work if your app doesnt support notification channels feature. Ask your app developer to add the feature or try installing 3rd part apps like light manager.
