Hot had the phone two weeks yet and on two separate occasions it has had issues. Within 48 hours it needed a soft restart to switch on and this morning it has completed a hard reset to factory settings. Is this common?
This might be a software issue, you should consider performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory.
