Sony X90J custom resolution with Radeon 6900XT

Hello,

I have a Sony X90J and I would like to set a custom resolution of 21:9 when I'm using my PC, which contains an AMD Radeon 6900XT. When I try to set the custom resolution for the TV, it asks me for some settings. If I don't input the right settings, it won't let me change a custom resolution.

I'm attaching the screenshot of the settings. I know the resolution for 21:9 in a 4k TV (3840x1620) but I don't know what the rest of the values should be like. Does anyone know the right values for these?
