Audio output problem after up to 7.0

Hello.

I have a  problem on my phone (Xperia XA ) .َDuring a call, if I switch to audio output, the microphone is muted and the other side can't hear my voice.I have a latest update(android 7.0-build 33.3.A.0.131)
Has anyone the same kind of problem?

It is then a hardware issue? or it is BUG ??

Hi and please somebody test it and tell me you also have a problem???

It's great to know in diagnotice test my microphone work fine but on during call(or imo or google dou...) does not work.Even doesn't work on SAFE MODE.

I try to software repair with xperia companion but my problem still right.
