Battery issue

Dear Sony,

I have 2 issues in my smart phone.

1. My handset is in stamina mode but still battery is drained very fast. 

2. when i use imo video calling, skype call or some other software that time my handset is too hot.

Battery drain depends on many constraints. Disable mobile data, GPS when not in use. Also switch off wifi and Bluetooth scanning under settings in location and also in WiFi. 

About heating, its mediatek processor which is well know for heat. But if u use mobile data for video calling in spite of any sw like watsapp Imo Skype it gets hot. Try to use WiFi during video calls. Video call and mobile data makes mediatek burn like **bleep**. 

Using wifi instead of mobile data for browsing,  also has good battery back up. I am experiencing that.
