deleted videos

i need to ask about something , i accidently deleted some videos vrom my phone around 5 days ago , is there`s any way to get them back

I'm afraid not, the only option is if your  phone was already rooted. If for some reason you had the videos on the SD card, you could use RECUVA to restore them.
