The computer was upgraded to Android nougat but since the update the phone does not show me my contacts, when they call me only appears the number, does not appear the name, this despite the contacts are in my account linked to the phone and when I want to call if they appear to me. What should I do?

My cell has kept the same problem since the last update and nobody could give me the support please help me when you call one of my contacts only the number comes out but does not identify the name saved.
