The battery does not charge more than 85%

Good day I have a new Xperia XA and a few days ago your load does not exceed 85 percent someone can help me solve this thanks

Are you using Sony's wall charger?  are you able to charge pass 85% if you turn off the phone?

I have the same problem as him, turned off or not, it does not exceed 18% of the battery life..
