XA1 goes to sleep not charging and orange led

Put it in the charger over the night when walk up found it not responsing and orange led blinking with no sound abd not reciving calls

After you restart the phone, is the call functionality back? And can you charge it now?

Can not restart it and not receiving calls with the continous orange led blink

I see. Please try holding the power button and the volume up button at the same time until it vibrates 3 times.

Glad to hear that fixed it @sami82   That button combination is a force shut down. Basically, we restarted your phone.
