The XTZ kitchen edition U.S. 32GB is model SGP312U2. I'm not receiving the 4.3 update for this model. I've called Sony support which confirrms that the update is availalbe, however no update push is forthcoming. I suspect because it is indeed a slightly different model from the original SGP312U1.
I tried to use the Repair function in the Sony PC Companion (as advised by Sony support), which brought the tablet back to the original kitchen version of 4.2.2. No problems, but no update either.
Any suggestions?? Anyone else have success? Thanks.
