APN unblock

Hey, i got a Sony Xperia C3 (d2533) and i can´t change de APN settings, it doesn´t save the changes when i want to edit it, do i need a new firmware? could you help me guys? thanks,

If your device is network locked or network branded then you won't be able to change this

My device is not locked, it accept any simcard, but the apn is the problem. I will see how to change this... regards
