Auto Brightness affecting darker color

Hi Guys :smileyhappy:,

Whenever I use auto-brigntness, I noticed sometimes the darker color displayed becomes lighter. Such as walkman where the dark ui becomes a little bit light. I wanted to know is this a software problem or a hardware problem. Is there a way to slove this problem? You can also check out the images I posted below. By the way, I'm using Xperia Z3 Dual running on Android 4.4.4 Build no 23.0.F.1.82

That's software related, the same happen with other Xperias
