I am not able to do the auto internet setting in my Xperia X10.
Ironically I needed wifi connection to do that
BTW, after the phone download the configuration it added "[DISABLED]" next to the APN URL... So, I should delete it to be able to access internet by 3G.
To recieve internet settings from your service provide, you have to first activate gprs on your mobile. This can be done by contacting your service provider. Once this is done go to Settings> Basic Settings> Settings Download. On doing this the settings will get automatically configured.
I have the gprs provider. The problem is i m not able to do the setting in my phone because the button of the auto internet setting was disable.
My sim card doing well while insert to the other Xperia X10.
So you are using Xperia Large. I am a Xperia Mini Pro User. Well are you from INDIA? If so I may be able to help in manual configuration. If you feel so disturbed of this situation, I recommend a factory reset. Remember all custom applications installed on the phone will be lost. Sim and SD card data will be spared.
Factory reset doesnt help. Mayb the firmware problem.
If that is the case, try a repair using SEUS.
How ?
Go to the link below and download the software. It will help you repairing the phone.
