Hi all..
so i had just retrieved my phone from sony service centre due to broken gorilla glass (yeah, i had to pay for it..yeah they deny sudden crack problem). anyway, once i got home, i turn it on and what do you know, the camera cannot focus at all..it is stuck at macro mode...so, i try third party app and still the camera cannot focus..!!
i suspect a hardware problem...but had not tried factory reset yet...well...turn a phone in for repair due to my "lack of care for the screen", waited literally 4 weeks and now when i got it, a new problem arised...if resetting does not solve the problem, should i go back to the centre?
anyone ever got this problem and solved them? i googled but cant find any...
it really is a shame on you sony...repairing and then broke it again...if this is not under warranty, i'll stop standing up for you guys ever again...sigh...and to think all my tech gadgets are sony, and this is what i get.. =(
