Just upgraded to Android 4 and User Guide for phone no longer applies in all cases - especially when it comes to backing up contact details to SIM in order to transfer to PC - tried everything I can find and cannot see how to do it. Is the only way to back out of upgrade in OS? This seems a bit drastic and time consuming. Help!
