If I use the Sony Ericsson PC Suite 6.0 software will it backup what is on the M2 Memory card aswell as the phone memory?
If it doesn't how would I go about backing up the M2 Memory card?

Yes, it will back up both phone memory and memory card.As you go through the backup process, you will be given the opportunity to choose what to back up and everything will be ticked by default, so you can untick anything you don't want to back up.
