Amazing to make a so poor software!

I have files in my backups8 Which I can see, but which are impossible to restore in my device.

Really fed-up after hours of trying...........

What do you mean? Can you explain more, where are your files located?

If you make a backup on previous 4.3 JB and want tl restore it to 4.4 then it is impossible to do so.

What time of backup? And are you using PC Companion?
