Big problem - Sony Bridge for Mac not working

About Sony Bridge for Mac, on my Mac OS X 10.8.4 system always stops responding in the "Retrieving Xperia information" stage. Then the system memory footprint up to 5.42G. I do not know why, but I do not believe this is a Sony product. Has now led me to the Mac system completely unable to sync my Xperia Z Ultra phones. My Sony Bridge for Mac version 3.4 . Both came with the phone or from the official website to download a version , are the fault persists . Please give a solution.

i do have the same problem as well.

in my case due to 16GB system memory the process even goes up to 12,36 GB but nothing ever happens.

the last thing i did was installing parallels desktop 9.

iTunes 11.0.5 (5) 

what i found out is that Brdige has problems with some characters in the iTunes Library such as a german "ä"

I have the same problem, sony had to fix sony bridge for mac app, the problem is in the app!!

Come on guys, sony can make a decent app like pc companion for mac, please develope it!!
