Bluetooth Problem (Boot-Start Loop)

I am facing the problem of Bluetooth functionality in Xperia arc S. Whenever I want to start Bluetooth connection. It first shows that Bluetooth is starting then it goes into boot start loop. Restarting again and again.

I am using Android Version 4.0.4 and Build number is 4.1.B.0.431.

The device is rooted.

It was working fine for atleast 15 months but now it is not working.

How can I fix it?

Please respond as quickly as possible.

I have the same problem for the second time now. The first time I reinstalled Android but that shouldn't be the solution!

I'm deeply disappointed and hoping for an answer by SONY!
