Bug with battery 100%

Hello.
I have a problem with the battery.
The fact is that after a full discharge - charge indicator hovered at 100%!
It goes on forever. I do not know - how much I charged the phone.
I have superuser and unlocked bootloader.
Custom firmware and kernel.
Reflash and reset does not help. In the recowery also shows 100%.
Tried different batteries

What do I do? Carry in repair?

Try to

- Power off the phone

- Remove battery and power cable

- Keep pressed power button for 2 minutes

- Replug battery

- Power on and check if same issue
