Calendar sync between Lotus Notes and Google

I can not sync Lotus Notes Calendar with Google using PCCompanion 2.10.

When I try to do this proccess, PC Companion start to read all entries in Lotus Notes Calendar but when it starts to read Google it stops in one document and it do not neigther finish the proccess nor give any kind of error and finally I have to kill the proccess using windows task manager.

What can be the problem?

Note: I have internet access and the agenda syncs correctly, I only get the error with Calendar

Since it stops when it's reading Google I think it might be worth trying using a different Google account to troubleshoot the problem. Create a test account and chose to sync with that one instead and check if you still get stuck at the same place during sync.

I have the exact same issue here. I've been trying several times. Now limiting the period to synch down to just 1 week back and 1 week forward. Selecting the option to copy from computer to Google, meaning just one way synch. Still the sync reads all entries in my Notes calendar (not just those 2 weeks), then stops at 'Reading Google...' with the count of 1.

And honestly I don't have the time at the moment to  investigate errors in your software by creating another Google account. This seems a bit more of the task of the Sony Xperia Support team to try to recreate a problem which several of your customers are experiencing.

Just to add to above. The calendar I did use in this case was a new empty calendar. That seems to be why it says 1 for some reason. I now tried to create a couple of dummy entries in the Google calendar. It then got hanging on 3 instead. So the two entries + 1 (which is something else I don't know of).

Hello,

I have test as you sugest with a new account in google but it do not worked. It do not read a single entry (it's empty as it's a new account) and it stops there.

Finally I have to kill the process as it do not respond, it's the same result I get with my google account.

Someone have any more ideas?

Same situattion here! Tried a dummy account and still crash while reading google accounts. Any possibility to sync without syncing google accounts?

HI, I am currently having the same problem ie. my Xepria SP cannot sync with Lotus Notes and stop half way while processing Google Calender. Please assist..Thanks
