Calender isnt in sync

Hi, I have created a calender event in my phone, but when I look in my google calender its not seen there, anyone else have the same problem?

Double check that when you put in new meetings in the calendar, that you have chosen your Google account as calendar account for the meeting. This may have been set to another account or local in your calendar application and therefore not syncing.

I checked once again a little later, the calender event was then in sync, seems that there is some delay in the sync.
