Caller ID not working

Hi Viva Pro Community,

The problem I'm encountering now is that, after assigning a ringing tone and picture to my contacts, the phone does not show any of these when the person calls. Not even the name of the person shows on the phone.

Anyone who knows the solution to this? I'll appreciate your suggestions.

I'm having the same exact problem. When I store the number on to phone memory the caller ID function no longer works.  The numbers that are only stored on the sim card, the caller ID works.

I've actually been able to fix this myself.

It was as a result of duplicate number on the phone's memory - i.e. the same number was saved with different names. - so after discovering and deleting one of them it started working well.

But what I don't understand is why Vivaz can't identify duplication in numbers which should be an easy way to check contact's uniqueness as with most phones.
