Camera , video, sounds all dead,

problems with the ultra.

1 when I open the camera , it will not show up anything but black screen followed by error " camera not available".

2. also have the problem with ringtone and all of the sound system ,,it always says sound picker is not responsed and the sound enhancement is dead....:) so I cannot enable the ringtone but the vibrate instead.

3. also could not watch any video including youtube.

 I am try using so many firmware up and down ,,,now I am staying with 526 and the problems stay the same.

need help. moreover, I bought this phone from Japan when I went there but I live in Thailand. what should I do if the ultra need service from Sony? I talk to the girl from Sony Thai, she said "nope can not help , you did not buy from us.".

In this case I am surprised that the firmware update did not resolve the issue. However if the local Xperia Care team has stated they are unable to help I can only advise sending the handset back to the place of purchase for repair.
