Is your phone unlocked to all networks or to only a few - Here in the UK certain networks have an agreement to allow other networks to use SIM cards in there phones - Those that aren't in partnership can't

Hi isahil,

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

When you input a SIM card that does not get detected, does the handset ask for any type network code?

If it does, then we can advise that this is a network locked product.

Please let us know.

hmmm that might be the case the phone was used on EE network but when i checked with Sony it doesnt seems to be locked to a network its fully unlcoked phone.  if you can see the picture it clear that voice and text services are blocked ... how dont know ... Lycamobile which was previously using TDC network was perfectly working fine but since they switched to TeliaDK now i cant use their network which i dont understand why.
