Change language in ST23i

I have sony st23i and unexpectedly my phone langugage is changed now i cant fix my language in english could any one suggest me the way to reset my phone language please ( i want a clear route to change my phone language thanks in advance)

Settings > language & input (keyboard icon) > tap on the first option > select English
