Confirm mail missing

Hi.

I've tried to download Emma, the flashtool for Xperia tipo to reset my phone, but I have not got a confirmation mail since wednesday when I signed up as a user. And before I could confirm my registration as a user, I can not use "Emma" to reset my phone. Why do not I get a confirmation email?
