Im very disappointed with sony service centre in qatar. All of the 3 workers i called dont have knowlede to assistant me. First,my phone screen is broken i called them several times to check availability of new screen, but they replied with no. One guy said he will replace my phone with new one i accepted. After that when i visted the centre an asian guy said we will keep it with us for 4 days then we will call you back to give you the solution . i reset my device after few minutes another guy said we have new screen it cost 850 qr or we will replace your device with new at 1550 riyals at the end they even dont have the Same device and refused to change it with z3 compact and they want to charge me a higher price on lcd screen not water resistance and also they wasted my time and left me while i was talking
