Hi uliwooly the wifi is working fine and the data was working ok
It's like it's has sent a cookie. But no film.there is 11g internal memory and 13 g micro sd left.George

Is that at your house or your Z Ultra? on your Z ultra download speedtest and double check

I went into the phones wifi setting and. It read 72 so the house. Must be the same at my home it is 120 but my brother is on 4G and at home I'm on fibre.

Nice, what happen when you try to download them again? you can clear the cache and try again

settings > apps > all > look for the app > clear data/cache

Yes did that. Still exactly the same tried putting my account up on my brothers P C. It does the same downloads 0.97 kbs download complete. Only there is another 1750 mb to go.will go and see at another wifi. Not today though thanks uliwooly. Kind Regards George
