how long has the droid x been out?  motorolla already admitted the problem and announced a fix even though they are %100 working on 2.2 update they feel basic things are more important .... do you think SE will ever do that?  LOL  SE is not even officially admitting there is a problem hahaha, look at the difference between a company that strives for success and a company that is sinking their own ship!

Hang in there SE misrable customers, once x10 is released in the US, FCC will be involved, i promise.  thats our only hope!

it gets better, apparantly Motorola x is having issues with exchange server, so motorola decided to give out complimentary licenses for the TouchDown Exchange app available in the Android market.   I will never stop, hoping perhaps who ever is in charge for SE would learn one day how important it is to satisfy your customers.  Guess what is my next phone going to be?  i was thinking about a samsung, but after witnessing motorola's customer support, i am going to them.

for now i keep suffering with this SonyEricsson company, you never know, perhaps someone gets fired and the customers become a focus again.
