While talking, the voice of the other person over the phone was heard so loudly through the ear speker that the people around me also hear the conversation. Besides this the volume can not be down to zero percent. What can i do?

Newer xperias use CTIA headset standard.Are the headphones CTIA compatible?

You activated by mistaken the speaker mode. You disable it when you call someone and click on speaker button from the call log menu.
