Earphone not working

Hello,

I've been having some problems with my earphone, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When I put the call in high speaker I can hear everything and when I use headphones I can hear it too, so the problem is the earphone. How can I solve it?

(I'm referring to the earphone that is in the telephone)

What other devices have you tried the earphones in, do they work in your computer or laptop for example?

The other option is to test with another earphone.

I see .... you could perform a software repair with PC Companion, but make sure you backup your data.

If it doesn't help, most likely a hardware issue, then you may consider sending phone to your local service centre.
