Ever since 4.3 update mms stop working

I have a Z1 C906 from the sony store. So its unlocked everything was working fine but the moment I updated my phone to 4.3 my mms stop working. The build number on my phone is 14.2.A.0.290. Everything from LTE and tethering work except for mms. Is anyone else having this problem? I live in Canada so I use the fido networkl. This is the setting that I use.

it seems that you need 2 APN settings 

Settings> Wireless & Networks>Mobile Network>access Point names

APN1 [this one will have the radio button beside it]
Name: fido internet
APN: internet.fido.ca
Username: fido
Password: fido
APN Type: default
(all other fields blank)

APN2 [this one will not have any radio button beside it]
Name: fido mms
APN: mms.fido.ca
MMSC: http://mms.fido.ca
MMS Proxy: 205.151.011.013
APN Type: mms
