Freezing HELP??

my sony ericsson wouldnt turn itself on earlier while i was at work, i thought this was down to the battery going flat. i got it home plugged in the charger the screen lights up but its froze i cant unlock the screen or use the touch screen or anything. then the backlight timer times out the screen goes black andwhen i click the button nothing happens.

i unplug the charger and the phone lights up again, but once again i cant use the phone unlock the screen or anything. the clock is still changing at a normal pace so but the screen itself is froze i cant use the unlock key on top of the phone or any of the 3 buttons on the face of the phone. i have tried reseeting it by holding down the lock key for 5 seconds but nothing happens.

HELP?, is there a way to fix this?

Which x10 do you have, the x10, x10 mini or x10 mini pro

If you have access, try removing the battery and then restarting.  This sometimes will reset things.

If you have a mini you can try holding down the on/off button and the middle/home button and see if it will reset.

If none of these work, try downloading Sony Ericsson Update Service from the support section of this webstie and running the repair option.  This will wipe the data from your phone but hopefully your contacts are saved/synced.
