Front camera bug after 4.3 update

Am i thw only one whose front camera automatically rotates the photo when you take a picture?

I observed the same with Kindle. But their claim is what you see is what you get kind of thing.

sony might have added this with 4.3

But we need to confirm from sony ..

Otherwise isn't it true that normal photos with ZL are bad after update?
