Front camera / secondary camera problem

can u help me? my phone have problem with front camera. when i check serivce *#*#7378423#*#* and i check secondary camera it say your device does not support this function. and in my phone it not appear icon to switch front camera.

Try to clear data for camera under settings > apps > all > camera > clear data. Restart the phone and try again. 

If the problem persist, try to start the phone in safe mode:

If experience the same behavior in safe mode you should repair the phone software using PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software >  "Repair phone".
