Google Services and Using Battery

Hi

I have a xperia c5303,Android version is the last one than Sony updated (12.1.A.1.205-Jelly Bean 4.3)

this week it use battery very much

today at 1 am I disconnected plugin charger and it got full battery 100%.(21:30-1am)

then I sleep.morning when i see that it was 70%

before it have 2 days battery

and i never see "google services" use like now.stamina

mode and low  battery mode is always on.

I have google chrome,Gmail,yahoo messenger,drop box Apps from 2 years ago until now but they never using battery like Google Services 

I don't now what can i decrease using Google Services from Battery

please help me

It could be google play, open the play store > settings > uncheck auto update

I unchecked it some month ago.now I check it.it is disable.

my google+ app is not updated

There was a check box about hashtags from Google
I unchecked it
