Gps satellite switch on by itself

Hi Kindly assist my Sony Xperia C dual switch on by itself I went to setting under location access to switch it off but it keeps on switch ON everytime please help.

You might have an app that its creating this issue

Which app could it be though? Any idea? I have deactivated my app still

Its hard to tell, restart your phone on safe mode
