Hangs during calls

when answering calls for the first time i hear nothing form the other side and timer isnt running , it disconnects after a little while showing 00;12 . this will continue for a few more times and if i am lucky i will get to answer the call . 

Sometimes after i answer the call the slide bar will disappear and it continues to vibrate .. please help.

In this situation, unfortunately it seems you have a software problem, I suggest performing a software repair on the handset to resolve this issue.

To repair the phone software

1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support 

2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start. 

3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.

4.     Click repair phone.

5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

i have included a screenshot to how what appears on the screen , after clicking Update. .it doesnt say repair anywhere
