HDMI bug in latest version?

Previously before upgrade, I have't problem when connect HDMI to my TV.
but after upgrade to v96, I try to load movie to phone and connect via HDMI cable.

It is failing with every 5 minutes about HMCP missing, and around 5-30 seconds, the TV screen will come back.
I have try *#*#7378423#*#* and yes, everytime my phone go to this windows, it never loss the screen but when play the movies it always show failure.

HMCP means Hardware Manufacturing Cluster Parks which in short could mean the type of video format or size of the file is causing an issue, or it may be a case of running a repair but I'd hazard a guess at the file format or app been used that is at fault
