Head Phone not working

Hello guyz...

                          I 've been using Xperia J for 8 months.. Its a very good phone.. xcept a few hang..It was working all fine... bt suddenly when  i inserted the headphone jack its not working... But on speakers its all working fine... Its a really awful xperience .... Some times while on call thephone gets switched off automatically... Any one find the same issue??? Any rectification possible ??, sugestions??

Hi, any chance to test with another headphone? For your other problem, you might want to consider repair phone software.

I m facing same problem,when i inserted the headphone jack its not getting detected, i have to try again n again n once headphone is detected it remains like dat even if i remove the headphones. hav to restart to get it to normal..

Hi DileshKhandeparkar, possibly a software issue. Have you tried repair phone software with PC Companion?
