my phone is not plying vedios. is there some software i needed to download to play them?

am tryiung to play vedios sent to me via bluetooth but i cant even if i recorded a vedio the phone wont play it only sound??

For the videos you received by Bluetooth, I suggest you transfer these to your PC and re-transfer them back to your phone via Media Go.However, since you can't even play videos that the phone has recorded, I also suggest that you run the SE update service on your phone and see if that helps.
