HELP mic and front speaker not working

It has been just a week since i got the phone and I  have been super careful with it! And some how the the front speaker and the mic have stopped working!  I can't hear anything when I am on the phone with somebody but when I turn the loud speaker on at the back then the mic works and I can actually hear voices only from the back speaker!  Whats going on?!?
