Help need to reset xperia E1 and touch screen doesnt allow it

My touch screen doesnt work properly i have a yellow box around the app i want and i have to double click on the app to open it and it wont allow me to reset it as it wont let move down the list, what ever is on top of the page then thats all you can touch and it has a voice reading out everything i touch and very message i get. 

I want to reset it but because fatory reset is at the bottom on the list in settings i cant get to it as the my screen wont allow me to move down the list!

Please help!!!

use 2 fingers to pull down the notification bar > settings > accessibility

You have mistakenly activated talkback mode which is for blind people. Now you need to disable it. Don't worry it is very simple what you need to know right now is that you are suppose to use your two figures together to scroll up and down.

Please don't reset your phone for such a small thing. Just go to your Settings and then scroll down and select Accessibility and there has to be an option called as Talkback select it and then select turn OFF please note for selecting you need to double touch. Now everything should come to normal.

Don't forget to select a solution.
